Biography
Dr. Paul R Castle grew up in Palatine where he attended Fremd High School. He then received a B.A. from Bradley University in Peoria, IL, where he was President of his fraternity and a scholarship swimmer.
After college, he attended the National University of Health Sciences and graduated in December 2003 with a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree.
His approach to care combines chiropractic techniques and rehabilitative exercise, always putting an emphasis on the comfort of the patient.
Doctor Castle is as passionate and caring about his family as he is about his patients.
